Handed down
IGLAND's double-drum forestry winches became Europe's best-selling ever. Among the customers are the Danish and British royal households.
Now my sons, my grandchildren and I are often in the forest together. The IGLAND winches have been handed down, and the third generation is now getting to know them.

Per Igland founds IGLAND
The story of Per Igland
Per Igland founded IGLAND in 1947. He grew up in Grimstad and showed an early talent for technical solutions. In 1952 he launched a universal winch for farms.
In 1960 came the 3000 series — the start of today's popular IGLAND winches. In 1981 Per Igland received the King's Medal of Merit for his work mechanising forestry.
